The California Oaks Golf Club is locally based within Gate of Colony in Murrieta off I-15 exit California Oaks. To qualify for this job, you must have experience with Banquet Food & Liquor and has food handler certificate with Dept. of Health.
The Shift available are Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday Brunch. As a server, it is important for you to understand the importance of your role as part of the Food and Beverage Department. Responsible for serving food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner. Clean, set and re-set tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties. Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques. Clear all tables during service. Control customer checks and secure proper payment. Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the supervisor. Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment. In our quest to become the leader in the industry, it is paramount that you provide superior service to our guests. JOB PROCEDURES:
Interact with all guests in a polite and helpful manner and learn names and personally recognize our regulars;
Present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
Ability to describe all menu items and daily specials, prices and methods of preparation. And to use suggestive selling techniques to encourage the guests to choose items that are house specialties.
• Receive and serve food and beverage orders to guests. Perform set up duties as requested to include side stations, storage areas and food staging area.
• Perform general cleaning tasks utilizing cleaning to adhere to health and safety standards
• Fold napkins for meal periods to maintain an adequate supply.
• Perform other duties, side jobs as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special customer requests.
• Assisting all teammates on the floor during peak hours of operation.
• To have knowledge of all operating hours of facilities and to be aware of all upcoming events.
• Assigned side work at beginning and end of each scheduled shift to be completed and checked by supervisor.
• Clear and reset tables in restaurant and bar area.
• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware
• Report all equipment problems to restaurant manager.
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of supplies.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the manager.
• Report to shifts with proper uniform and grooming according to COGC standards and policies
• When answering the phones, use the COGC standard phone greeting.
• Work varying schedules to reflect the business needs. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to including termination of employment. This is referring to Arroyo Trabuco’s no call no show policy and correct call off policy.
• Fully comply with COGC rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the facilities. Employees who violate rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
In addition to the above, you will be required to:
• Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written and possess basic computational ability and basic computer skills.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
• Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously and communicate with other outlets and golf department.
• Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.

We are a Southern California based modeling agency that specializes in fit models of all sizes, currently seeking fit models in the L.A. and Inland Empire areas for women's swimwear, intimate apparel and fitness wear.

No experience required! Will train.

Although our most requested sizes are 6, 8 and 10, we are also interested in women of other sizes, including specialty fit sizes, e.g., petite, full figured, and sizes typical of "hard to fit" women, especially women that may have to purchase separates when purchasing swimwear. Even if you are an "unusual" size, don't assume that you do not qualify. We are interested in hearing from you!

Hours are flexible, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. This is a part time job and you may expect to work 10 to 30 hours/week.

A plus if you are fashion conscious and have some knowledge of garment construction and fit.

Must be able to stand on your feet for hours at a time.

Also a definite plus if you’re fitness oriented.
