As a member of the management team, this individual will be responsible for supervising a team of Sales & Marketing Representatives at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) in Orlando, FL. Representing a major airline, we operate seven days per week at a single location on the concourse and inside security at the airport. The ideal candidate will be charged with the following responsibilities: Recruit, hire and develop new sales team. Provide immediate direction and guidance to existing sales team. The ideal candidate will quickly provide a strong management presence. Recruit and provide education, coaching and guidance to new sales associates. Work closely with On-Site Marketings senior management to create a highly efficient and successful sales atmosphere.
